Carpenters Union Local 1325 Collective Agreement

Please check the various endorsements to the agreement. The Alberta Carpenters – Allied Workers (ACAW) Pension Plan, a multi-employer retirement plan, was created in 2004 as a result of a merger. A northern plan (Carpenters Local Union 1325 Pension Plan) and a southern plan (Carpentry Workers Pension Plan of Alberta) had been put in place separately in 1975 to provide superannuation to members. Please note that when a collective agreement expires, its provisions remain in effect until a new collective agreement is negotiated or a strike or lockout takes place.
